Last week, I was watching the Olympics and former Olympic Gold Medalist Tim Dagget was asked what you think of on the medal stand his response was profound
“You think of all the tough times when it would have been ok to quit but didn’t.”

Think about how easy it would have been for Micheal Phelps to quit he made the finals of the 200 fly in the Olympics at 15 years old at 19 he won 6 gold medals but neither of those was enough. He had a goal in mind and would not be deterred. Do you have a goal, will you be deterred.

Micheal was asked after a race if he thought he could go that fast before his swam he replied I hoped to go that fast I have some target times (goals) on a sheet of paper and this time is close to those! The greatest swimmer of all time has a sheet of written goals!!!!!! If that is good enough for the greatest Olympian of all time isn’t it good enough for your most important resource your health?

What are your goals not only for Fitness but every area of your life? Once, you have your goals written down head to www.fitnessquestpt.ning.com for all the resources you need to succeed!

Check back Wednesday for my very first DVD release!!!!!! This cd is packed with info. That will literally redefine what you think you can achieve.
